I’ve been working from home for the past few months, just like a lot of other people in the country. It’s been a real adjustment for me, because I have realized that when you work from home, that means that you need to have a really good air conditioning unit at your house. Prior to this, I wasn’t really at home very much during the summertime during the hottest parts of the day. I would mainly be at work whenever the temperatures were really hot out. I wouldn’t need to run my air conditioning at all during the day when I wasn’t at home because it didn’t matter what the temperature was. The only thing that was there during the day were my houseplants and they were thriving in all of the heat. I would come home at the end of the day and turn on the window unit air conditioner for the evening in my bedroom and that was always enough for me. However, whenever I started to work from home, I realized that the window unit air conditioner was not going to be enough for me to keep cool during the day. First of all, I couldn’t stay in my bedroom all day to work since my desk and my computer were down in the living area downstairs. Secondly, there was no way that I wanted to stay in one room all day long without ever moving around in my house. That’s when I decided that I was going to invest in a central air conditioning system and a whole home air purification system. When you’re working from home, you really need to have a great air conditioning system.
